Mr. Bell has years of experience in worker's compensation defense work, and have saved his clients millions of dollars through negotiations and trial.
Mr. Bell has additional criminal law experience working with DUI situations, drug enforcement laws, as well as indigent abuse and child abuse. Mr. Bell has worked with a wide range off attorneys and judges, and has additional civil experience working with nuisance laws and code enforcement in Ventura County.
Mr. Bell was the Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Guasco in the Appellate Division in the Ventura Superior Court. He also assisted the Hon. Judge Murphy and Hon. Judge O'Neill with issues involving capital crimes. Lastly, Mr. Bell also clerked for the Honorable Judge Colleen Toy White in Ventura Superior Court in Domestic Violence Court, Elder Abuse court, Veteran Abuse court.
